Fall Semester

Fall semester will be over in less than two weeks. Wow! What a great semester this has been.

The most challenging class I took this semester was, hands down, CIST 2351 PHP, taught by Mrs. Marcia Black. I found getting my head around php very difficult. Now, near the very end, it is really starting to make some sense! I really enjoyed the class, though frustrating at times, and wish I could take it again and REALLY get it!! I am SO thankful I have the course book - and I plan on going through it again. (Hopefully during break before Spring semester.)

The easiest (and most fun) class I took was EMPL 1000 Interpersonal Relations and Personal Development, taught by Mrs. Sylvia B. Palmer. What a great class! EVERYBODY shold take that class. It is such a good class. I learned SO much in it and can see the value of every bit of it!

Taking CIST 1401 Networking and CIST Security the same semester, both taught by Mr. Paul Long, was perfect. Those two classes go hand-in-hand because security is such an important part of networking. I probably learned the most in these two classes - and learned that I am VERY interested in Networking.

So, as this semester comes to close I can honestly say that school gets better and better and that I am really looking forward to the next semester: Spring Semester 2012.

A big THANK YOU to everyone who had a part in making this a great school year! Family, friends, NGTC faculty and staff, business acquaintances, Rotaract club Advisors and members, and, well, the list is endless!! THANK YOU!!
